Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Join Payoneer's Cyber Team as an Application Security Engineer.
• Own application security standards for the WFM organization.
• Drive secure architecture, SSDLC, and data protection across products.
• Serve as Cyber Operations liaison and align with global policies.
• Lead secure-by-design initiatives and risk remediation.
• Mentor teams on security practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in security architecture, software development, or cloud security, incl. 1+ year in leadership.
• Hands-on secure coding, architecture, security automation, and threat modeling; ability to train R&D teams.
• Strong GCP or other cloud proficiency; knowledge of cloud-native security services.
• In-depth knowledge of OWASP Top 10, ASVS, and secure SDLC frameworks.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, proxies.
• Ability to interpret and prioritize pentest/bug bounty results; hands-on pentesting a plus.
