🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a technology field, or equivalent.
- Interest in technical tools; experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, Magics, and 2D drawing review.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude to grasp manufacturing technologies quickly.
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
- Vocational training or experience in injection molding is highly desired.
- Familiarity with die casting, stamping, and metal extrusion is a plus.
