Analyze RFQs and organize quote requests from RFQ docs, 3D CAD files, and 2D drawings.
Engage with customers to clarify requirements and address discrepancies.
Technical Review and Quoting: Review 3D models and 2D drawings to provide DFM feedback and support quotes.
File Optimization: Modify/repair files using SolidWorks, Inventor, or Magics for manufacturability.
Database Management: Maintain and update quote databases in real-time.
Customer Support: Respond to service requests via ZenDesk and email; escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree or higher in a tech field, or equivalent.
Strong CAD experience: SolidWorks, Inventor, Magics, and 2D drawing review.
Ability to quickly grasp diverse manufacturing technologies.
Customer-service oriented with strong communication.
Injection molding experience or vocational training desired.
Familiarity with die casting, stamping, and metal extrusion is a plus.
