📋 Description

• Act as SME for multiple Arcadia analytics products.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to translate data challenges into value-based care solutions.
• Advise on workflows and configurations in Arcadia analytics tools based on client priorities.
• Balance multiple product implementations and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
• Drive UI-based product configurations.
• Draft implementation documentation for internal and client use.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare.
• 4+ years healthcare data experience.
• 2+ years in technology implementation or product management.
• 2+ years in value-based care.
• Experience with customers in product implementation or management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
