- Develop training materials in multiple formats for diverse learners.
- Collaborate with SMEs and PMs to align training with product updates.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-4 years as Product/Corporate Trainer in tech company (SaaS/CX a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Technical understanding of NICE products, esp Trading Floor (NTR/NTR-X).
- Experience with on-premise and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server OS and Unix/Linux.
- Experience delivering virtual training and familiarity with eLearning tools.
