🎯 Requirements
- 3–4 years as Product/Corporate Trainer in tech (SaaS/CX a plus).
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Tech understanding of NICE products, esp. Trading Floor (NTR/NTR-X) a plus.
- Experience with on-premise and cloud-based environments.
- Proficiency in two+ of: Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux, SQL/Oracle, Telecom.
- Experience delivering virtual technical or application training.
