Technical Delivery Manager (FedCiv)

Overview

Appian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for Federal Civilian (FedCiv) programs to lead delivery for government clients using Appian's low-code platform. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure successful, on-time, high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex Appian-based solutions for Federal agencies.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with customers, Product, Engineering, and partner teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
• Mentor and guide delivery resources and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with government security standards and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery management or program/project management experience in federal government projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise low-code solutions; Appian experience is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) is a plus.
• PMI certifications (PMP/PGMP or PMI-ACP) preferred.
