Join Appian as a Technical Consultant to help clients design and implement Appian-based solutions. You will gather business and technical requirements, translate them into technical designs, configure Appian applications, integrate with external systems via APIs, and support deployment and user enablement. This role requires strong problem solving, communication, and hands-on experience with low-code development and business process automation. You will collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into Appian design and development plans.
• Configure and customize Appian applications to meet client needs.
• Lead technical design sessions with clients and project teams.
• Integrate Appian with external systems and data sources via APIs.
• Support deployment, testing, and user enablement activities.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and product.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions, preferably using Appian.
• Proficiency with Appian design concepts (SAIL, process models, data types, records, interfaces).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, data integration, and security considerations.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
