Appian Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech) based in Mexico City, Mexico to help attract and hire top technology talent. This role partners with engineering leadership to design sourcing strategies, guide the interview process, and deliver a superb candidate experience.

What you'll do

Partner with software engineering, data science and product teams to understand hiring needs and define roles.
Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage top tech talent.
Manage end-to-end interview processes, facilitate offers, and close with candidates.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide market insights and hiring metrics.
Drive a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding at Appian.

What you need

3+ years of technical recruiting experience or equivalent in-house or agency experience.
Proven track record hiring for software engineering, data, product or platform roles.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
