Appian Corporation is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant (Public Sector) to lead successful implementations of the Appian platform for government and public sector clients. This Experienced Hire opportunity is based in McLean, Virginia.

Responsibilities
\n
\n- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with public sector stakeholders to understand mission needs and translate them into Appian solutions.
\n- Design, configure, and deliver Appian based workflows and data models that meet client requirements.
\n- Integrate Appian with external systems, perform testing, and coordinate deployment and cutovers.
\n- Provide customer-facing consultation, training, and post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and success.
\n- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure project milestones and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
\n
\n- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
\n- 3+ years of software implementation or integration experience, preferably with enterprise or government customers.
\n- Experience with Appian is a strong plus; familiarity with BPM, workflow automation, and integration patterns.
\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n- Knowledge of public sector procurement, compliance standards, or security considerations is a plus.
