Partner Sales Director – Global Systems Integrators (Commercial) at Appian Corporation. This senior leadership role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships with global systems integrators to drive commercial outcomes for Appian's enterprise platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with Global SI partners to drive revenue growth
- Build, manage, and scale a high-impact SI partner ecosystem across regions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, alliances, and legal teams to close multi-million dollar deals
- Negotiate partner terms, quotas, and contracts while ensuring program alignment with corporate strategy
- Represent Appian at partner events and executive sponsor meetings
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or partner management, with a track record of working with SI partners
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at executive levels
- Ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships and drive multi-region pipeline
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
