Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support and guidance to Appian customers in Singapore and across the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of Appian's platform.
- Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and best practices to clients.
- Proactively monitor customer health and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in software platforms, particularly low-code solutions like Appian.
- Previous experience in customer success, technical support, or a related role is a plus.
- Ability to work in Singapore-based environment and adapt to market needs.
