Role Overview

As a Consultant in Appian’s Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs, translate those needs into practical Appian solutions, and guide delivery and adoption of the platform to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into Appian designs and configurations
  • Lead or participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and onboarding activities
  • Configure and customize Appian solutions, integrate with other systems, and validate results
  • Provide hands-on training and enablement for end users and administrators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, solutions, and sales) to ensure project success
  • Monitor project timelines, scope, and budgets; manage stakeholder expectations
  • Drive customer adoption, measure success metrics, and support renewal opportunities
  • Offer post-implementation support and collect feedback for continuous improvement

What We Look For

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel as needed (if required by project)
