About the Consultant Role

As a Consultant in Appian's Customer Success team in Seville, Spain, you will guide clients through the implementation and adoption of Appian solutions. You will translate business requirements into Appian designs, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and ensure value realization from our platform.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and map them to Appian solutions.
Lead or support implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and configuration.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
Ensure successful adoption, measure outcomes, and support renewals.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Consultant, Customer Success, Business Analyst).
Experience with process improvement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Appian or other low-code platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
