Appian Corporation is seeking a Consultant to join its Customer Success team in Singapore. This role focuses on helping customers successfully deploy and adopt Appian’s low-code automation platform.

Role Overview

As a Consultant, you will be a technical and customer-facing trusted advisor, driving successful deployment and ongoing adoption of Appian solutions for enterprise customers in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary technical liaison for customers in Singapore
Deliver product demonstrations and workshops
Gather requirements, map them to Appian capabilities, and configure solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer success
Manage project plans, timelines, and customer health metrics
Contribute to customer onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer
Escalate and resolve issues with a sense of urgency

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or professional services in software
Familiarity with enterprise software deployments; experience with Appian is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; willingness to travel as needed
