Overview

As a Career Manager in Appian's Customer Success organization, you will design and deliver career development programs, coach customers and internal teams, and partner with stakeholders to create clear growth paths within Appian's ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage career development initiatives for customers and internal teams.
Partner with Customer Success, Talent, and stakeholders to establish clear growth trajectories.
Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs to support career progression.
Collect feedback, measure program impact, and iterate on development offerings.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to align career goals with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong communication and program management skills.
Experience in talent development, HR, or people operations.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Fluent in English; local language skills beneficial.
