Associate Technical Consultant

Job Description

Appian Corporation is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant in Mexico City. This client‑facing, technical role partners with customers to implement Appian solutions that address real business problems. You will gather requirements, design and configure processes in the Appian platform, perform testing, assist with deployment, and train users. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure successful outcomes. This entry‑level/early‑career position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology, problem solving, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into Appian designs.
• Design, configure, and optimize Appian applications and business processes.
• Lead or participate in requirement workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Perform functional and integration testing; assist with deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide end‑user training and create helpful documentation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with business process management or workflow automation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn the Appian Platform and collaborate with customers; travel may be required on occasion.
