Telephony Data Collection - English

Join CrowdGen as we're launching an exciting new AI Project focused on building a high-quality dataset. We're looking for skilled telephony data collector.

You will be calling a customer service line and having a conversation depending on your given scenario

To be a successful contributor to this project, you should:

– Native in English

– Have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct natural conversations.

– Be comfortable following detailed scenarios and applying conversation guidelines accurately.

– Demonstrate active listening and respond appropriately to customer service prompts.

– Pay close attention to detail to ensure all required conversation elements are covered.

– Be reliable, with the ability to complete assigned calls within the expected timeframe.

– Have access to a phone line and a quiet environment to ensure clear call recordings.

– (Preferred) Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or similar communication-based roles.-

Task and Payment Summary

– Actual Task: Complete 1–2 phone calls, each approximately 7 minutes in duration.

– Post-Call Task: Spend an additional 3–8 minutes documenting call information.

– Estimated Time per Call: 10–15 minutes total.

– Payment: $15 per successfully completed and recorded call.

– Earnings Potential: Given the short duration of each call, you may complete several calls within an hour. Compensation is calculated based on the number of successfully completed calls (units).

Note: Payment details are subject to change following the pilot phase.

This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor.
