AppDirect is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to manage the company’s IT purchasing needs. This role is based in El Salvador and reports to the IT/Operations team. You will drive procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and lifecycle management to ensure cost efficiency and compliance across software, hardware, and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT procurement lifecycle for software, hardware, and services
- Source, evaluate, and select IT vendors and solutions
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders and software licenses
- Coordinate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in IT procurement or vendor management
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Familiarity with software licensing and hardware procurement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
