📋 Description

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries via email promptly and accurately.

  • Create and maintain FAQs, videos, and support materials in our Help Center.
  • Collect and share user feedback with Product and Operations teams.
  • Identify and implement CX process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support for physical goods, with logistics/carrier ops.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Strong time-management; able to work quickly and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong follow-up skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, and other help desk/remote tools.
  • Adaptable to new tools and technologies.
