🎯 Requirements

- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Strong time-management; able to work quickly and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong follow-up skills.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, and other help desk/remote tools.
- Adaptable to new tools and technologies.
