📋 Description

• Build and lead the Men's Knit Tops sourcing function.
• Identify and onboard new vendor partners from scratch.
• Manage supplier capacity to scale with growth.
• Improve cost, quality, and lead times across the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Drive speed and continuous improvement in supplier ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sourcing/merchandising for men's apparel.
• Experience with US/Europe high-end brands, esp. men's knit tops.
• Strong vendor relationships or ability to build them.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, data-driven.
• Open costing and cost-structure development experience.
• Negotiation across supply chain (T1–T3); willing to travel.
