📋 Description

  • Leadership & sales performance: coaching high-performance teams to 100%+ quotas and clear career paths.
  • Sales process expertise: enabling teams with strong selling skills and processes.
  • Time and task management: strong organization; deal mgmt, data analysis, 1:1s, coaching.
  • Strong communication & data-driven approach: excellent written/verbal skills; able to spot trends and drive revenue.
  • Curiosity, grit & resilience: inquisitive, persistent under pressure with a growth mindset.
