🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in manufacturing; 5+ years in GTM/strategy in enterprise tech.
• Proven success taking tech products to market with industry focus and measurable outcomes.
• Expert knowledge in software-defined vehicles, industrial AI, or AI-driven engineering and R&D.
• Familiarity with APJ manufacturing and automotive standards bodies and frameworks.
• Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
