๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Advise, draft, and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements for large accounts.
  • Serve as APJ point-of-contact for sales and commercial legal matters.
  • Provide guidance to the APJ Commercial Legal Team and coordinate with other regions.
  • Coordinate APJ practices with global teams and align with internal policies.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to sales and internal clients.
  • Partner with revenue recognition, deal desk, privacy, and security teams to ensure consistency with policies.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years negotiating and drafting enterprise tech agreements (SaaS, cloud, licenses).
  • 4+ years in-house experience with a large tech vendor.
  • Experience supporting APJ enterprise sales in regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals in a fast-paced, quarterly cycle.
  • Articulate communicator advising senior sales leadership on complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, revenue recognition, cloud, and data privacy.
