🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years negotiating and drafting enterprise tech agreements (SaaS, cloud, licenses).
- 4+ years in-house experience with a large tech vendor.
- Experience supporting APJ enterprise sales in regulated industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals in a fast-paced, quarterly cycle.
- Articulate communicator advising senior sales leadership on complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, revenue recognition, cloud, and data privacy.
