📋 Description

  • Design outbound touchpoints for high-volume, low-touch customers.
  • Own external messaging with stakeholders (Product Marketing).
  • Refine journey map and coordinate data reporting with the Data team.
  • Drive product adoption and net revenue retention via targeted messaging.
  • Implement and evaluate experiments; hands-on at the start.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in agile SaaS with high-volume, low-touch segments.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; Tableau, Mixpanel, Redash.
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle; experiments over perfection.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end: ideation, organization, implementation, evaluation.
  • Influence without authority; conduct customer research; content in English.
  • Experience with 2+ engagement platforms (Intercom, HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze).
