🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in tech support, customer success, or TAM in telecom or SaaS
  • Experience supporting or implementing APIs or SDKs
  • Experience with VoIP/SIP/RTP/WebRTC/WebSockets or messaging (SMS, SMPP, GSM, MMS)
  • Capable of troubleshooting client and server-side code
  • Experience with PHP, Python, Ruby, Node, JavaScript, iOS or Android development
