Overview

As a Surgical Coordinator, you will support surgical scheduling, patient coordination, pre- and postoperative communications, and collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff. You will help ensure accurate documentation and a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced ophthalmology clinic.

What you'll do

Schedule surgeries and coordinate pre-op testing.
Manage patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Verify insurance information and facilitate patient communications.
Collaborate with surgeons, operating room staff, and front desk to ensure efficient workflows.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications
