🎯 Requirements
- Extensive experience managing AI/ML or data teams
- Hands-on production ML systems experience
- Experience with real-time (Flink) and batch data platforms and pipelines
- Ability to lead interdependent cross-team problem spaces
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Background in ML/Data Engineering or Applied ML (preferred)
- Experience with computer vision and/or time-series forecasting (preferred)
- Experience building ML in regulated healthcare environments (preferred)
- Comfort in fast-growing, ambiguous environments
