APAC Security GRC Lead

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the security and tech risk framework across infrastructure, apps, cloud, and trading systems.
• Advise management and risk committees with risk indicators, incidents, and remediation progress.
• Lead MAS tech risk compliance by translating regulations into controls and evidence.
• Oversee cyber incident response: detection, containment, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
• Evaluate third-party and outsourcing risk, including vendor controls and ongoing monitoring.
• Support after hours emergency incidents as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in information security or tech risk within financial services.
• Experience in MAS-regulated financial institutions (brokerage, bank, payments, or wealth platforms).
• Knowledge of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and applying them to real systems.
• Experience supporting regulatory reviews, inspections, or supervisory requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication across regions and time zones.
