🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in payments, financial services, fintech, or public policy with APAC expertise.
  • Strategic vision of where the APAC region is heading.
  • Strong senior relationships with regulators across APAC markets (Australia, NZ, HK, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore).
  • Fluent in payments and financial services models, merchant needs, and product tradeoffs.
  • Skilled at translating technical requirements into clear policy positions and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication; ability to produce submissions, briefs, narratives.
  • Pragmatic and outcomes-driven with sharp judgment and credibility.
  • Aligned with the Adyen Formula: ownership, one team, clarity, excellence.
