- Strong senior relationships with regulators across APAC markets (Australia, NZ, HK, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore).
- Fluent in payments and financial services models, merchant needs, and product tradeoffs.
- Skilled at translating technical requirements into clear policy positions and communicating with stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication; ability to produce submissions, briefs, narratives.
- Pragmatic and outcomes-driven with sharp judgment and credibility.
- Aligned with the Adyen Formula: ownership, one team, clarity, excellence.
