📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end order management and logistics for APAC Japan.
  • Oversee full sales order lifecycle and RMAs in Oracle.
  • Prioritize orders to meet revenue and shipment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and KPI reporting per policy.
  • Coordinate onboarding, inventory management, and reconciliation.
  • Communicate order status and shipment updates to customers and sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Japanese (written and spoken) required.
  • 2+ years in order management or customer service in electronics/manufacturer (multinational preferred).
  • Proficient in Oracle ERP and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail in high-volume environment.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
  • University degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
