📋 Description

• Directly manage AP & T&E specialists; set expectations and 1:1s.
• Hire for open roles; assess candidates against standards.
• Create a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous learning.
• Manage team capacity across AP and T&E; plan headcount and schedule.
• Oversee end-to-end AP: invoice receipt, PO matching, payments.
• Enforce T&E policy; handle employee escalations with clear judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–14 years in AP, T&E, or finance ops in a high-volume env.
• 8+ years direct people management experience.
• Deep end-to-end AP: invoice lifecycle, PO matching, exceptions, payments.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and T&E tools (Concur, Expensify).
• SOX-compliant finance environment; audit-ready controls.
• Experience using AI or automation in finance operations.
