AP & Employee Expense Specialist

📋 Description

• Triage and manage the Zip AP inbox daily with weekly invoice rationale.
• Own weekly payment runs and wallet funding; flag patterns with fixes.
• Monitor Navan queue daily and upload weekly activity to NetSuite.
• Prepare monthly T&E trend analysis with MoM data and concrete recommendations.
• Manage the three-strikes physical card program; draft corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in AP, expense management, or related finance operations.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international payments and currencies.
• Experience with Zip and Navan; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive communication with context and recommendations.
