- Work with finance head, managers, and legal to understand customer agreements
- Prepare monthly invoices for OXIO customers in Xero and Facturama; audit against contracts
- Prepare outgoing inventory invoices on request from sales team
- Ensure timely processing and approval of vendor bills
- Perform ongoing analysis including aging AR/AP, monthly cost analysis, inventory movements
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Coordinate with project teams to onboard vendors for PO and AP processing
- Respond promptly to finance inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Document and evaluate AP/AR systems and assist with improvements
🎯 Requirements
- Strong team player with customer-service mindset
- Document finance processes and drive improvements; maintain consistency
- 3-5 years accounting experience, 1+ years AP/AR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
