🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in fraud prevention, risk management, trust & safety, or SaaS/PLG/customer support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify fraud patterns.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across security, compliance, and customer support teams.
  • High integrity: handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written/verbal English communication; explain complex issues.
