📋 Description

• Build and maintain integrations between recruiting tools using APIs and webhooks.
• Automate manual workflows across the candidate lifecycle.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations to identify automation opportunities and translate them into solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle from discovery to production: scoping, prototyping, feedback, and rollout.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data flows correctly between systems.
• Create documentation and lightweight enablement resources for ongoing maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, talent systems, or HR tech.
• Hands-on automation experience with platforms like Tines, Workato, Zapier.
• Comfort reading API docs and building integrations independently.
• Experience with Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions and ask the right questions.
• Track record shipping usable products and building trust with stakeholders.
