🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with customer focus
- Production experience with LLMs, prompts, agents, evaluation and deployment at scale
- Strong Python skills and building production applications
- Expertise in LLM patterns: prompts, evaluation, agents, and retrieval
- Able to navigate ambiguity with openness and integrity
- Passion for safe, beneficial AI and clear communication
