🎯 Requirements

5-8+ years in chemical weapons/explosives defense with deep expertise
Knowledge of high yield explosives and radiological weapons
Track record translating technical knowledge into actionable safety policies
Able to navigate ambiguity and collaborate with cross-functional teams
