🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on IT audit and SOX in tech
- Proven ability to scale SOX programs at pre-IPO or public companies
- Deep understanding of ITGCs, application controls, and risk assessments
- Strong PM, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- Passionate about scalable processes and Anthropic's mission
- Desirable: experience with AI/ML in audit or risk management
- Familiarity with auditing modern software development environments
