- Strong cross-cultural communication; ability to work with regional stakeholders across time zones.
- Data-driven recruiting with metrics-based performance tracking; experience with distributed teams.
- English fluency; Japanese and/or Korean language proficiency preferred; knowledge of local hiring practices.
