  • Build strategic relationships with key EMEA customers; identify expansion opportunities.
  • Become expert in API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code; guide customers to solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, consulting, etc)
  • Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based models
  • Technical fluency: AI/ML concepts, API integrations, software implementation patterns
  • Experience explaining/demonstrating technical products to varied audiences
  • Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and expansion plans
  • Cross-functional collaborator representing customer needs; rallying teams
