📋 Description

• Execute and maintain capacity planning models with data science and finance.
• Support new product launches and serve as the compute expert for all launches.
• Be the primary contact for product capacity strategy and planning.
• Create regular capacity forecasts and quarterly planning.
• Tackle strategic compute capacity questions with data-driven insights.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, TPM, ops, or strategy roles.
• User-focused mindset and commitment to Anthropic's mission.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, commercially minded.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, jargon-free terms.
• Comfort diving deep into technical details while maintaining a high-level view.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to lead complex initiatives.
