In this role, you will
Run and improve our Deal Desk function, acting as the primary owner for deal structuring, quoting, and approvals to help our sales team close deals faster.
Own the end-to-end sales commissions process, from calculation to reporting, ensuring our GTM team is paid accurately and on time.
Serve as the go-to operational partner for our GTM team by triaging and resolving day-to-day requests and system issues.
Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from GTM leadership to provide visibility into key metrics with a quick turnaround.
Build out our GTM playbook by creating and maintaining clear documentation that enables the sales team to be more effective and self-sufficient.
Identify and implement GTM process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.
What excites us
2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk role at a B2B SaaS company.
You are a systems thinker who loves creating order out of chaos and has a strong bias for action.
Extreme attention to detail: you can spot a miscalculated price or a broken workflow and are driven to resolve it.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential; you know your way around reports, dashboards, and basic object management.
Strong communication and documentation skills; you enjoy creating resources that make life easier for salespeople.
A proactive and curious mindset. You don’t just complete tasks; you ask \"why\" and look for better ways to get things done.
