Technical Program Manager - GRC/InfoSec

Overview

Angi is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead GRC and Information Security (InfoSec) initiatives across the organization. This role partners with security, privacy, compliance, legal, engineering, and product teams to drive risk-based programs that protect customer data and support compliant product delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable programs.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive GRC and InfoSec programs from initiation through execution and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI).
• Develop and track program milestones, dependencies, and metrics; report status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure timely remediation.
• Coordinate audits, third-party risk assessments, and vendor security reviews.
• Foster a security-minded culture and provide guidance on security best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in information security, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience partnering with security, legal, product, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and written/oral presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISA, CISSP) are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and manage competing priorities.
