  • Flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously
  • Agile and able to collaborate with many teams
  • Experience influencing senior leaders with HR practices
  • Persuasive communicator with a collaborative style
  • Track record managing multiple projects with results focus
  • Strong written and verbal communications with executive presence
