- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-5+ years HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; global is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and tell a story to influence the business
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously
- Agile and able to collaborate with many teams
- Experience influencing senior leaders with HR practices
- Persuasive communicator with a collaborative style
- Track record managing multiple projects with results focus
- Strong written and verbal communications with executive presence
