Role Overview
Angi is seeking a People Data & Systems Analyst to join our People Operations team. This remote-friendly role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data quality, administer HRIS/People systems, and deliver analytics that inform people decisions. You will own data governance, reporting, and process improvements across the employee lifecycle, and help scale our data infrastructure as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve data quality across HR systems
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for People Operations
- Support HRIS/People systems configurations and integrations
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to implement scalable data solutions
- Govern data privacy and security in line with company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, HRIS, or People Operations
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
