Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Billing, and Security to resolve complex issues.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the case management system.
- Identify root causes of escalations and contribute to process improvements to reduce future incidents.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to Angi's Service Quality standards.
Requirements

- Experience in customer support or escalation handling is a plus.
