General Summary:

Responsible for performing

day to day

operations within the RNG operations group, focused on

document gathering from clients,

record keeping,

interfacing with the EPA database,

generation

of environmental attributes (EA’s) from RNG production through credit generation and sales. 

Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

Participate incompany’sobjectiveswithin the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) andother StateLow Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) compliance programs. 
Collect recurring monthly documents and data from clients operating RNGDispensing stations. 
Maintainproject tasks andobjectivesin Asanaand report status to supervisor. 
Updateinternalrecordkeeping database withmonthly volumesas they are received. 
Archiving documentsin SharePoint and sharing these documents with qualified QAPthird party auditorswith high attention to detail and organization. 
Support team leads during client onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements. 
Perform QAQC on data collection and inputs on the tracker of renewable fuel inventory. 
Send out emails to clientsrequesting monthly utility statements. 
Facilitate facility specific data requests for third party auditors. 
Assistwith quality assurance protocol (QAP) functions. 
Frequent processing and validatingof largeamountof Excel dataas well as updating the TRM Tracker database. 
Routine check-ins and reporting with Operations, Account Managers and with Supervisors  
On-going development of systems and procedures to improve efficiency.

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

Fluent English (spoken,readand written).  
Proficiencyin technical/business communication is expected. 
Must be able to work independently and be focus drivenif working remotely.

PreferredEducation,Qualifications & Experience:

University Degree or relevant working experiencepreferred. Preference awarded to environmental, auditing background. 
Prior experience in renewable energy, preferably in natural gas and electricity. 
Knowledgeable in North American carbon reduction policy or program.  
Experience with regulatory requirements and auditing 
Some travel may berequiredfor annual team meetings

Skills:

Proficiencywith Microsoft Word. Ability to draft professional formatted templates. 
Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel. Ability to processlarge amountsof data and versatile knowledge of advanced functions and formulas. 
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. 
Experience with Asana
Expertisewith Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Vizio
