Android Engineer (Senior to Staff level)

📋 Description

• Build and ship Android features using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Coroutines.
• Develop and optimize video/audio pipelines, real-time media effects, and AI features.
• Create immersive UI with Compose animations, custom drawing, and motion design.
• Leverage Android internals for memory, rendering, and performance.
• Architect MVVM structure across UI, domain, and data layers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA; own features in a fast-moving team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Android development experience.
• Expert-level Kotlin with coroutines and Flow.
• Deep Jetpack Compose expertise: custom layouts, animation, and profiling.
• MVVM with ViewModel, LiveData/StateFlow, Room, Navigation, WorkManager.
• DI with Koin or Hilt in production apps.
• Experience with media frameworks: ExoPlayer, MediaCodec, Camera2/CameraX.
