🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination or operations.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-starting, taking initiative without instruction.
• Thrives in ambiguity; brings calm, clarity, and structure to fast-changing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Fluent with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
• Enjoy fast-paced startup environments with ownership and speed.
• Low ego, high empathy, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
